How We Work
A practical path from battery requirements to a confirmed product and order.
Step 01
Share your requirements
Send the battery chemistry, voltage and capacity, desired charging current, estimated quantity and destination. If you are not sure which model fits, describe the application.
Step 02
Review a model and configuration
We review the charger, AC plug, DC connector, labeling and packaging needs. Technical changes and documentation requests are checked for the exact model.
Step 03
Confirm samples when appropriate
Agree the sample configuration, cost and timing. Check suitability against the battery manufacturer’s instructions before bulk purchase.
Step 04
Agree the quotation and order
Confirm the final specification, quantity, price, commercial terms and lead time in the quotation or pro forma invoice.
Step 05
Coordinate packaging and shipment
Review artwork and packing details, confirm shipping terms and complete the agreed order process.
